Looking for a smart way of incoporating sware sims in a Cap 7 project to be published in html5

Hi

I'm pretty new to captivate 7 so appologies if it is a simple question.  I have a project which needs to be published in html 5. There's some interactive slides and also a training software simulation project and a demo software simulation project.

So what is the smartest way to incorporate these software simulations into the parent project? 

Shall i just copy the slides from the software sumulations into the parent project, publish to html 5 and job done?.  Or is it best to keep the 3 captivate project separate and link to the software simulations somehow from a slide in the parent project?

Or does in make no difference?
