This is still an issue for me and has gotten worse. I spent 2 hrs on Adobe Connect today with Parth who tried to fix this problem and can't. I have uninstalled Captivate 5.5 and reinstalled it, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2010 (at Adobe's request) and now I can't publish to a word doc at all. I get this message now. The problem seems to have something wrong with the templates in either the gallery or in MS Office. I have a PC and not a Mac and I need a fix for this problem. Please tell me there is a solution for this problem?!
