Just check the Training, as I showed in the screenshot highlighted. When you click Settings, you go to the Preferences (told about them in a previous answer).
If you don't start Captivate as an Administrator you'll get a warning that some functionality will be lost. You start Captivate as Administrator by right-clicking the shortcut of the exe-file and choosing 'Run as administrator'.
