Hi there
I'd suggest making the smaller project(s) the same size as the largest one.
Make a backup copy of the smaller project(s) and open it in Captivate. Then click Modify > Rescale Project. Configure the new width and height and choose the option to Center the existing content. You should then have no issue combining the slides.
