There are several methods. Probably the easist method is to:
1. Build an image containing the text credits. Size the image the width of your viewable stage and the height probably double the stage height. I am thinking stage background of black, image background black, white text. You could use a similarly sized and formatted smart shape (rectangle) with text as well.
2. Insert the image/smart shape below the bottom of the viewable area.
3. Select the image/caption and open the effects "window" group. Click Add Effect. Select Motion Path, and then Left to Right. Then adjust the path line to move from the bottom of the stage past the top of the stage.
