Thanks for sharing the course link.
From the shared link, it seems that the server is not able to play MP4 files.
Could you please confirm, that the server used to host the course is capable of playing MP4.
For mp4 to be served from the server, MIME map for mp4 extenstion should be configured on the server.
Please revert back for any clarifications.
