And have you been able to get audio to work consistently?
Not yet. I'm trying exporting it from Screenflow, and also from Keynote. I fear I've got to let all my Keynote and SF work go. (HARD to cut the cord after so many weeks building it!) I'd be happy to record it in Captivate instead, but haven't learned it yet.
What do you mean by "audio feedback only"?
They can't read a "correct" or "oops." So I need to have the response be me speaking) along the lines of: Good Job! Or "Try again." They're very familiar and comfortable with me from animated lessons. This is just a check to see what they need to do next to get it, and to give them autonomous practice. So I'd like to keep it "in the flow" of things. Me teaching, them doing, me acknowledging what they've done.
I understand right now that audio says the question and the student clicks the response. Is that correct?
Yes.
Also it would be helpful to send a link to your previous thread.
Nothing there, but:
I'm incredibly grateful for your support on this. I thought I'd just lost all I'd learned in the previous days. Other slides are working fine. It's kind of a relief to know you had a couple issues too.
Also getting the click button below the word and blue is tough
You know, next to it would be OK, if the words are horizontal. Hadn't thought of that...thanks!
When does it revert to thier original positions for you?
When I try to move the text boxes of answers. I enlarge, I move, and next thing I know they're their original tiny size and one right on top of the other.
I obviously don't know how I should be quoting questions and answers here. For some reason it's different than my usual forums. Sorry. If it matters, let me know.
You're a gem, Chammond46, even if this is a far as you got me. You've moved me ahead.
