You would be better off building these questions on normal slides rather than trying to reformat quiz slides.
For one thing, you don't appear to want most of the elements that are required on normal quiz question slides, e.g. Submit button, Question Title caption, Question Text caption. Removing these objects from a quiz question slide will cause your quiz to malfunction.
You can build slides like the one you've illustrated above using normal slides using captions, images, clickboxes etc. I suggest you do that instead of quiz questions. You can still score the correct answer, and you can also set it up to allow multiple attempts.
