Try the Infosemantics Interactive Drag and Drop Widget or Drag and Drop Lite Question Widget.  You have several Evaluation options to choose from that DON'T require the user to click a Submit button.  They are both now compatible with Captivate 6.1.

One tip though:  If using the question widget, which creates a question slide, don't just delete the Submit button.  Question slides in Captivate need several default objects to be present on the slide in order for them to function correctly.  The Question Title caption, Question Text caption, and Submit button are essential.  So if you don't want to see them on the slide, you can use some tricks to hide them but you MUST NOT remove them entirely.  For the captions you can just remove their text and make them small.  For the Submit button, change it to a transparent button, and move it ALMOST off stage, leaving just a few pixels of the button still sitting over the stage area.
