Re: Error upon publishing Captivate Project

Hi there,

As the resolution (W) is in odd, that is why you are getting this error.

Please make a back up of this project (save the same project with different name on another location) and then click on modify > rescale projcet and change the resolution to 1100 * 752 or 1102 *752

then publish the .mp4 and check 'force republish all slides'
