Hi,
Usually the LMS empowers the user to restrict the progress based upon various parameters such the one you mentioned, to check teh score of previous course.
You might be able to check/restrict the progress for several Quiz Modules within one course but would not be able to take their values from a course to another, unless you can program them usisng Action Script.
