I am just wondering if you have had a chance to look at the problem.
I now know that it is definately not my machine as it also happens on the school computers, so I am thinking that it is a compatibility issue that Captivate has with CADD software.
I strongly suggest that you look at this, as it could seriously impact on sales when CADD users realise that they can't provide demo material to learners of their own software and go to another.
