Hi,
Can you check recreating Adobe Captivate preferences, probably, they are broken.
To recreate the preferences-- Close Captivate, Go to the location -- C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Adobe
Rename the Folder Captivate 6.1 (/6.0), you might have to enable the the option to show "Hidden Files and Folders" in Winodws Explorer using Tools--Folder Options
Relaunch Captivate and verify.
