Re: Enable a button only if TEB has text

If a widget is a possibility for your project, you could check out CaptivateDev's Text Entry Box Validator (5.x, 6.x). You can set it to validate the text box after a certain number of characters (in your case, 1) and execute an advanced action (show the next button).
