Are you able to quantify what you mean when you say "creative appealing graphics"? That's pretty nebulous. I've seen images that some would sneer at while others would ask how you created the magnificent image. So in my own opinion, it's subjective to say the least.
Have you tried looking at services such as iStock Photo? What about something like PresenterMedia?
Keep in mind that if you did create something using Illustrator, you would be able to use Captivate to capture a screen shot of it. So there would be no need for another application. (assuming one would be required - I'm not convinced one would be. I would think it should be able to save in whatever format you need. Then again, I'm clueless about how it works.)
