However can you please try any other FLV and insert as event video or check if the autoplay option is selected as shown in the image below:

Also I have checked at my end with the FLV file it works fine. Also try to remove the button that you have on the slide which pauses the screen until the user is ready to move forward.

Then Publish the project and see the output in the browser.
