Welcome To Adobe Forums.

Although most of the animations does not work when publishing to HTML 5.

However can you please try the Add effect option and choose option "Motion Path" and then choose "Left-Right Ease" as shown in the below mentioned image:

Then Publish as HTML5 output and see if works.
