I've already been through all those steps. I do a lot of work with building PC's and a like. Already moved on to better software. I love photoshop, audition, premier pro etc but this is just useless for capturing live footage and, having done a lot of research on the topic, it would appear the internet agrees with me. Not being able to use multiple picture in pictures at once is an awful design flaw, add in the fact you can't change the layer order of objects and PiP with the video and then on top of that the fact it won't record the screen size correctly. Just a completely useless piece of software.
