Re: text in text entry box on the certificate not printing

It's Captivate 6.0.1.240, I've used one of the widget templates and I was using the print option that came up automatically just underneath  the certificate.

Actually, there's other issues also. It's as if the interactive elements and the extra bits I've added aren't coming through.

Is it possible for me to insert a couple of pdf's to show you the issue?
