Anjanaei, sorry to pop in but it is not that simple, the exact moment that those variables are updated. If Submit all is chosen they never get updated during the Quiz.
@SavvyEd: to have a good idea of the updating moment of those quizzing variables, insert them on the first quiz slide in a text container, that you display for the rest of the project. That will teach you more precisely when every variable is updated.
