@BritishGolgo13: I would advise you to be careful who you annoy on this forum. They may not have a ready answer for this issue. But these are likely to be the SAME people you will WANT to help you out with some other problem some day.
This forum is mainly populated by end users of Captivate like yourself. Adobe Support Staff, to their credit, have lately been chiming in on more threads where they might be able to offer some guidance. However, Captivate 7 is still very new and there's not much information to go on yet regarding any issues.
However, neither the support staff nor we general users designed or built Captivate. We just use it professionally, and try to help other users. And if we find that a particular forum poster is not worth the trouble to answer, we can very easily choose to do just that...not answer when they have an issue.
