My resolution was set as 1110x832. So I did what you said and created a new project as YouTube Widescreen HD (1280 x 720). Then I re-recorded a couple audio tracks and exported. This worked.
But since my audio tracks were created in Captivate for my old project. It looks like I need to re-record my audio tracks. (Or figure out a way to export them from the old project and import into the new project).
What I learned today is that the when you create new project from PowerPoint project, you need to take special care regarding the video resolution AT THAT TIME. It appears to me that you can't change it later before publishing.
