Kurrykid - I believe that you are correct. Captivate 7 does not appear to be a part of the eLearning Suite yet and my eLearning Suite subscription will not allow me to license Captivate 7.
I expect there are other elements of eLearning Suite that will be upgraded before a new version of it becomes available and we can license it.
