Can you check the version of Cp at your end though it does seem to relate but its good to be updated (Help -- About Adobe Captivate)
Do you have any overlapping objects around the Smart Shapes? Are these smart shapes used as buttons.
Can you share the properties screenshot as well as output screenshot of the proble so that we can understand better.
Are these few trimmed ones of same type?
