Hello there,

Please try this:

Go to Edit >Preferences > SWF size and quality > then make that to custom and uncheck Advanced Project compression and Compress SWF file.

Then Select a Slide and in the Properties of that slide increase the Quality to 24 bit, Do this for every slide.

and at the time of publish check 'force re publish all slides'.
