RodWard, I've submitted this bug through the form you've referenced and only after that wrote to the forum for visibility.
I do own quite large pack of Captivate Licences (actually - eLearning Suite licenses), and I appreciate functionality that they have, but bugs like this jumping from version to version make me thinking about switching the tool and the development platform as soon as my subscription is over.
Due to a culture difference (I suppose) I didn't understand the rest of your comment. The only insight I have (and please excuse me if I'm wrong) is that you suggest me to surrender only because they're a lot bigger than me. In a consumer driven economy there should be no position when some vendor IS BIGGER than the customer. And yes, I have a right to order them to fix the things up. Especially when something just doesn't work.
A lot of people gone to Articulate, many of my peers think I'm crazy using Captivate, and I'm still here. For how long? Let's see.
