Hi there
If memory serves, the disabled expiration is an indication that Captivate believes it is still in "Trial" mode. Does it do the same thing with a fresh project? If so, I'd suggest performing an uninstall followed by reinstalling.
If the fresh project behaves normally, it's an indication there is something amiss with this specific project. In that case, you may need to create a new project and copy all the slides from the old to the new.
