Captivate Reviewer 6 -comments not refreshing

Hi.  My reviewer has posted comments via Captivate Reviewer to my demo files, but when I go to Window > Comments, the comments don't appear.  The only active button is Import Comments, everything else is greyed out. 

Please advise!!!
