So we can see from this that you are not on the updated version of Captivate 6. You may need to contact your IT department to have them log in as an administrator and install the updates to at least bring it up to Cp 6.01.
If you have created an entire 15 minutes of video recording at a reasonable screen size of 1024 x 768 or so then you WOULD have a sizeable file, even when rendered out to SWF. Since Captivate 6 does not embed video, your video files will be somewhere in your published output as FLV or F4V. How many megabytes of video files are there in this 15 minute module?
Since you mention that you are on a corporate network, I have to ask the usual questions:
- Are you working on a project file that is stored on a network drive or on your local hard drive?
- Are you launching Captivate 6 with Run As Administrator privileges?
- Since you mention you cannot edit the audio, can you clarify whether this is because the Slide Audio dialog does not open or because the audio is embedded in the video?
