There is no system variable that displays the Review status (another old feature request that seems not to be important to the engineers). So you'll have to create a user variable that will be toggled from 0 (default value on definition) to 1 when user gets into Review. How many attempts to you allow? Did you hide the Review button under the Retake button so that user can only click Review when attempts are exhausted (question is obsolete if you have only one attempt on Quiz Level). Then you can use the system variable cpQuizInfoAttempts to reset the user variable.
With an advanced conditional action triggered On Enter for the score slide, you can stop audio. Now it depends how integrated the audio?
