I am creating a training file to show the animations that can be added to a chart in PowerPoint. I want my file to actually show the animation at the end. However, whatever I try to do, the slide will not animate at all. The chart just appears in full on the slide. I have imported the PowerPoint slides, I have recorded a new Captivate file while I create the presentation but it doesn't make any difference. I have also tried the animations On Click and timed but this dosn't make any difference either.
To be honest, I find it rather frustrating that the only information I can find on line is a You Tube video which is very superficial and suggests that it is the simplest thing in the world to achieve.
So, my question is, can I show chart animations, created in PowerPoint, in a Captivate training video? If so, how do I do it?
I hope someone has the answer to this. Oh, I am using Captivate 6.
